okay this regarding about your CIP hours stuff. for those people who did extra CIP stuff (and that excludes SL project, International Cleanup thing, VSA), you have to print out Appendix 5 from the SL folder in Inet and complete it. Deadline is 22-24 and remember to get your teacher in charge to verify it. more information is on Inet, inet> my portals> more announcements>
to make things easier, this is the announcement on inet:
Please note that only CIP forms (Appendices 5 and 6) submitted by this deadline will be considered for entry into your final reports for this year. Do continue to validate your forms with the appropriate signatures for hours you serve after this deadline for possible crediting for the following year. Kindly drop all forms into the indicated box at the GO. All incompletely-filled or unverified forms will NOT be entertained.
Final checking of LEAPS proofs with updated CIP hours will be from 15-17 Oct (Wed-Fri) for Sec 4s and from 22-24 Oct for Sec 1-3s.
ignore the appendix 6 part because that's done already.
